Refund policy

Because all items are handmade and often customized, all sales are final.

However, I want you to love your order. If there is an issue, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There is a craftsmanship error on our part


Not eligible for refunds:

• Custom orders
• Items damaged by the customer
• Items with normal wear and tear
• “Change of mind” returns
