You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of my control.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, Launel Creations does not offer international shipping.
We currently ship within the United States only.
